So I've been super horrible at writing, and I don't have tons of time today, but I figured I'd share one of my favorite quotes from my studies this week.

It's from the talk "Born of God" by Ezra Taft Benson. At one point he says:

"The Lord works from the inside out. The world works from the outside in. The world would take people out of the slums. Christ takes the slums out of people, and then they take themselves out of the slums. The world would mold men by changing their environment. Christ changes men, who then change their environment. The world would shape human behavior, but Christ can change human nature."

I really liked this quote because it goes to show that our circumstances really don't matter. As we make Christ the center of our lives, He has the power to transform us into the people who are able to endure, and eventually overcome and change our circumstances, not just for our benefit, but also for everyone around us.

Love you all, and wish you the best!
