This week has been pretty good. It's not getting too much colder, it's probably 55 during most of the day. However, there's been a lot more rain recently. Also I did buy two sweaters, I got a red and a black. Though, someone discouraged the use of red or blue sweaters due to gang activity, so I mostly wear the black one.
Liam came to church again, though I'm not sure he's accountable. No one else came.
Zay had disapeared for a while, but texted us out of the blue and said he was having a really hard time, and wanted us to pray for him, but he was feeling really anti-social and didn't want to see us/text us. He's never felt like this before, so he is going to see a doctor.
Gumaro doesn't want visits anymore, super nice but didn't say why.
Carol canceled and explained that Sundays just weren't good for her which is why she kept needing to cancel. She asked us if we could do every Wednesday instead, so we'll see her then.
Marquita met with us, she hadn't been reading because she found it a little confusing. So, we're reading with her and having her write questions she has while she reads.
We haven't talked to Aman yet, but I'm pretty sure next weekend he'll be done with school for a while.
We haven't had a whole lot of follow-ups from Christmas Tree Lane, but we still do it up until Christmas rotating between different companionships in the district.
Miracle:
We missed a call from a random number and when we called back he said he didn't know who the number was for so he was trying to see who it was. His name is Joesph and had seen missionaries before and had gotten their number, but he was too busy to meet at the time. Work has been slower for him recently and we were able to meet with him and introduce ourselves and we have a lesson with him tonight.
Good News:
Everyone is kind nowadays. Also, if you go near Christmas lights you can usually find people out and about even though it gets dark really early.
Challenge:
Recently we've had difficulty scheduling lessons because we have so many already scheduled, so we have to schedule them further out, but then everyone cancels, so we go from being really busy to having a lot of free time and it sucks.
