Bikes Troubles and a Miracle

对不起,妈妈 Got a little behind last week, this week too. We lost the YSA Ward, we lost our car (mission sold it), I got a bike and then two flat tires all within this last week. Also, the bike seat is too high for me to sit on, and the screw is too stripped for us to lower it:( Crazy. I like my new area and love the ward! It's like a full ward, it's crazy. It's the first week since I started the mission that I didn't have to pass or bless the sacrament, lots of youth. We don't have many investigators though, but we did find one this week. Miracle: I saw more miracles than I can count this week. Here's one and also some news about my exchange. I went on an exchange with Elder Hall, our district leader and prior AP. We did nothing but teach the entire exchange. We accidently skipped one lesson and we still only had 30 minutes to eat dinner, and we got home at 10 (super apostate) because we started a lesson at 9pm that was 20 minutes away. But, we taught a couple (super active wife, nonmember husband, first time they've met either of us) about the 5 things the Prophet invited us to do. At the end, we invited the husband to take the missionary lessons and he was like, "Sure, I think I'd like that." The wife looked at him, then looked at us and started crying saying, "He's never said yes to that in the 40 years he's been asked". The Spirit blew up the room, it was so amazing. He got her tissues and started to put his arm around her to get her to stop crying. We set up a time to come back, but sadly that's not my area, so I won't see him again, still crazy cool though. Challenge: I'm not a super vocal person, and now I have the opposite problem I had with my previous two companions. They both start talking before I do, and I don't say much. It feels like they'll talk whenever I'm about to say something, but then want to turn it to me whenever I have nothing to say, it's kinda funny. Good news: We found someone new to teach this week, and we got one of the friends I hadn't met to come to church, so it was super nice. Love y'all, Elder Jaxon Wardle
