Hello! This week has been pretty good. We ended up hitting the mission baptismal goal perfectly. 40/40. Crazy thing is, when they set the goal, it would have been the highest monthly baptisms since Covid, but President Tolman checked again and says from the records they have, the Singapore/Malaysia mission has never had 40 in a month. Plus, we have less than 50 missionaries, so that's cool. Looks like the Lord really blessed our mission in our "faith for forty" initiative. Church was good this week we had our area 70 Elder Stephen Lai come and speak about temples and being prepared to enter them. We only had Les and Diana there this week. Currently we only see Lee during our English class. Last week we read a story from the children's Book of Mormon using an English and a Chinese book side-by-side. We were able to teach Les again this Sunday. We taught him about the Gospel of Jesus Christ and put him on date to be baptized November 26th. During that lesson, we had our branch mission leader, Ben, and our area 70, Elder Lai, both help us translate the lesson into Cantonese. We were able to teach Wei Jun a little this week while traveling to an activity, but we didn't have a full-on sit down lesson sadly. And while he wants to learn about Christianity, he doesn't quite understand the difference between them yet and really just likes to go and meet new friends at different Christian churches. We are now teaching this lady, Anita, and her daughter. They are currently Roman Catholic, but their daughter is going to the UK soon and wanted the number of one of our bishops so she could make contact with somebody there. The other people we are teaching includes the Boih family and Nivesh. The Boih family is not currently progressing, so we might not keep teaching them after this week. Nivesh was out of town this week but hopefully we can keep him moving forward once he's back. Currently Diana's dad continues to leave us on read, but hopefully he'll come around soon for the baptism. The meetings at the district center were awesome. It included one mission devotional and one member devotional. The speakers included Elder Paul V. Johnson, Elder Kelly R. Johnson, and Elder Stephen Lai.

Love,

Elder Wardle
